The Lower Mpushini valley Conservacy can be reached by proceding along the N3 highway from Pietermaritzburg or Durban and branching off at the Ashburton interchange.  Proceed along Pope Ellis Drive to the east (Turn right ).  You will encounter a road sign indicating the start of the conservancy about 1-km from the freeway.

Please drive carefully as youm are likely to encounter wild animals on teh road!
